We have been to Denshaw Village Cinema on a Saturday afternoon with the added bonus of experiencing their wonderful scones with a cup of tea or glass of wine. Or to Cineworld in Ashton early on a Sunday afternoon, meeting for lunch beforehand.
Recent films we have seen include Bridget Jones, Mad about the Boy, A Real Pain, Maria, Juror#2 and Mr Burton. Some of us saw the new Downton Abbey film at Cineworld.
