Cost: £55 PER PERSON

Time: Arrival 6.00pm for 6.30pm with finish at approximately 10.00pm.

The price includes preparing 5 canapés, enjoying 4 cocktails which compliment the canapés and a glass of fizz. This is a fun (and boozy) night plus learning something new.

For those who haven’t been to Saddleworth Cookery School before it is in the Warth Mill, Huddersfield Road, Diggle, OL3 5PJ. As you turn into Warth Mill by the side of Saddleworth Carpets go right and round the back of the building. The bomb site that was is now a lovely newly tarmac car park. You will see a sign for the school and you will go up a few steps to the entrance.

The Autumn Fair is a lovely way to spend an hour or so. We have some wonderful craft stalls, our Tombola which is a great success with children and our WI cafe selling hot and cold drinks, home made bakes and more.

Time: 2.30pm matinee

They were just four guys from Jersey, until they sang their very first note. They had a sound nobody had ever heard … and the radio just couldn’t get enough of.  But while their harmonies were perfect on stage, off stage it was a very different story. Go behind the music and inside the story of Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons. The show features all their hits including SherryBig Girls Don’t CryOh What A Night, Walk Like A Man, Can’t Take My Eyes Off You and Working My Way Back To You.

The tickets have now been paid for.

Cost: House visit £26 per person (optional). Coach cost: £12 per person
Time: Coach to leave Uppermill at 9.30am and to leave Chatsworth at 4pm / 4.30pm (to be confirmed)

Payment for the House visit and coach to be made on or before the October meeting at the latest please.

We have confirmed this amount for our booking which will include any new names up to our October meeting but the cost has increased to £29.50 pp for new bookings.

If visiting the House then a balance of £23 is due. £12 for the coach and £11 remaining on the House charge (if you paid the £15 deposit).

Or if only visiting the Christmas Markets then a balance for the coach cost of £7 is due.

Trip to beautiful Chatsworth House and estate plus the wonderful Christmas Markets.

The Walking Group have an hour and a half walk around the estate planned for when we first arrive. If you want to join the walk but are not part of the Walking Group please let us know and we can add you to their list.

Our slot for the House visit is 2.15pm This gives plenty of time to visit the market stalls and have some lunch.

Buy your ticket/s early as numbers are limited at Dobcross Band Club.

Our Fashion Show will have ALL NEW stock. Colours are already starting to receive and prepare new stock ready for the Autumn shows and they will continue to receive new items which will be on display for us on the 24th November. Their Facebook page, Colours Fundraising Fashion Shows, has images of some of the new stock and will continue to be updated as the weeks pass.

This event is open to family and friend and is one of our fundraisers, please give your support.

At our lovely local theatre, ‘The Big Tiny’ will be performing Aladdin. Oh yes they will! They are no strangers to the panto world and this year’s show is sure to be another great success. A great family event. We have 20 tickets only available so book early!

Last year this event was very popular and a really enjoyable night. We thought that we would do it all again to give us something to look forward to in January.

6 superb wines chosen by their sommelier accompanied with exquisite food. A wonderful experience. Abaco are kindly allowing us a month or so to get our numbers together before they advertise this event to the general public. As we are limited to 38 places (to fill the top floor) this event is only open to members at this stage. If we have availability then we will open it up to family and friends.
