NATIONAL ANNUAL MEETING THURSDAY JUNE 4TH
This year’s National Annual Meeting will be held on-line from 10.00 am until around 4.30 pm. This gives members the opportunity to join from their homes or from watch parties. At SWI we have booked Boarshurst Band Club to hold our own Watch Party and hope members will join us to hear the debate of the Resolutions and much more. Please complete the poll on the SWI Members What’sApp Group if you would like to join us – it will be fun!!
This year’s inspiring speakers include:
Professor Michele Dougherty CBE FRS FRAS, last year named the Astronomer Royal, the first women to hold this post, and is also President of the Institute of Physics.
Anne Boden MBE, the first woman to found a British bank – Starling Bank in 2014.

MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS
The subscription from April 1st 2026 until March 31st 2027 is £54.00.
If you’re a previous member and would like to re-connect, you will be very welcome. The renewal fee is £54.00 if you renew within a year of leaving. There may be reductions later in the year for those who have not been able to be a member for a while.
